Building Regulations

As well as Planning Permission, Building Regulation approval is requested for the majority or construction projects before they commence.

During construction regular inspections are made by the Building Control Officer to ensure compliance with the regulations.

Our Survey Department has a wealth of experience of preparing plans and specifications for Building Regulation applications and our fully qualified staff attend many seminars to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with the constantly changing requirements detailed in Approved Documents.
