Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS); a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV); Member of the Institute of Agricultural Management (MIAgrM); Member of the Royal Agricultural College (MRAC).
Experience
Providing rural practice, surveying and farm business management advice; experience in rural property management and disputes over the last eight years; experience specialising in residential and rural property, farm and land disputes; agricultural law and commercial livestock disputes; property valuations, agricultural commodities and agricultural machinery.
Fully conversant with the RICS Practice Statement and Guidance Notes - "Surveyors acting as Expert Witnesses", and Civil Procedure Rules - Part 35.
The majority of work is now based upon instructions as an independent expert, advocacy, arbitrations and expert witness, ranging from pre-court proceedings through to magistrates and county court to the High Court of Justice.
